Happy Spring!  It is snowing here.  Not so spring-like really…

Friday – Quick Shrimp Broil

Saturday – Baked Eggs in Tomato Parmesean Sauce

Sunday – Takeout (yet another birthday celebration for Mr. 7)

Monday – Chicken in a TJ Simmer Sauce, Garlic Naan

Tuesday -Spicy Black Bean and Corn Casserole (crockpot)

Wednesday – Broccoli, Tomato and Mozzarella Stromboli

Thursday – Leftovers



  1. Oooh, can I have the stromboli recipe???

    I couldn’t believe the snow this morning, the first day of Spring. I don’t think it was in the forecast either, so I guess the National Weather Service didn’t see it coming, either.

  2. I’m coming for dinner. Every night this week. LOL! And your kids actually eat those delicious things? What are you…Supermom?!

  3. My kids will eat the stromboli and the eggs, maybe the black bean casserole. They won’t touch the chicken, A sometimes eats the shrimp. I have basically thrown up my hands and cooks what I want, and then offer pasta or scrambled eggs to those who don’t want to eat what I made…I got sick of eating only what they would eat, and I figure at some point their taste buds will kick in…

  5. I’d love the black bean and corn casserole recipe, if you’re sharing. One of these days (hopefully sooner rather than later) I will get back to cooking real meals for my family….
